Cancellation Policy

In consideration of our hard-working employees, we require a credit card to book and hold your appointment. However, you will not be charged until your appointment is complete. We also require at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or change your appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are charged in full for the booked service. If you are a No Show, you will be billed the full amount of that appointment. Thank you in advance for respecting our policy. If you are running late, every effort will be made to deliver your service. However, appointments may need to be rescheduled or shortened to serve the next Spa Stinny guest.
